The task of our Business Development team is to further advance the analysis and identification of suitable projects profitable growth of our customers. This includes the planning and execution of acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures as well as the inputs and out-licensing of products.
In this capacity, we report either to the Head of Corporate Development, or to the respective management.
• screening of markets and analysis of companies on the basis of the corporate strategy to opportunities
• Qualitative and quantitative evaluation
• Planning and coordination of M & A projects
• Monitoring the process on all transaction phases, eg strategic investments or partnerships, joint ventures, etc.
• Coordination of due diligence or guiding the Financial DD
• Lead and / or support the transaction negotiations
• coordination of activities for a successful completion of the transaction (post-merger)
• acquisition of project managers in other functional areas of responsibility of the Corporate Developments such as Strategy process, strategy implementation, market and competition analysis or strategic special projects of the client
