It is the task of our Business Development Team to further drive the profitable growth of our customers by analyzing and identifying suitable projects. This includes the planning and execution of acquisitions, joint ventures and divestments as well as the in- and out-licensing of products.

In this function, we report either to the Head of Corporate Development or to the respective Executive Board.

• Screening of markets and analysis of companies on the basis of the corporate strategy based on opportunities
• Qualitative and quantitative evaluation
• Planning and coordination of M & A projects
• Monitoring the process on all transaction phases, eg strategic investments or partnerships, joint ventures, etc.
• Coordination of due diligence or guiding the Financial DD
• Lead and / or support of the transaction negotiations
• Coordination of activities after a successful completion of the transaction (post-merger)
• Taking over the project management function in other areas of corporate development, such as strategy process, strategy implementation, market and competition analyses or in special strategic projects of the client
