12 Jul German Business in China – Q1 2019 Business Performance & Risk
According to the last business climate survey Q1 / 2019 of the German Chamber of Commerce, 60% of German companies in China are experiencing an economic downturn, with different characteristics in the various key industries. Nevertheless, around two-thirds of the surveyed companies do not plan any adjustments in sales, profits, investments and employees. The uncertainties, especially in connection with the trade dispute between the US and China and the dependency of the US, the largest economic power, have a noticeable effect.
