Unna, 2 January 2023 – As part of an asset deal, AXXERON HESCH electronics GmbH has taken over the business and manufacturing site of SCHORISCH Elektronik GmbH, thus creating a branch in the greater Hamburg area. In addition to the attractive location of SCHORISCH Elektronik GmbH, the decisive factors for the acquisition were above all the expertise in the field of manufacturing explosion-proof assemblies and devices as well as the strong company growth. The integration into the AXXERON group, which offers broad industrial expertise, creates targeted synergy potential.

AXXERON Technologies GmbH is an active management holding company that focuses on acquisitions and the operational development of innovative medium-sized companies. With the objective of creating solutions for integrated systems and networking of applications, AXXERON concentrates on the two business areas AUTOMATION (industrial electronics, sensor technology) and MOTION (fluid technology) and integrates the associated portfolio companies. With 190 employees, AXXERON generates sales of € 28 million.
The AUTOMATION business unit is managed by AXXERON HESCH electronics GmbH. AXXERON HESCH offers high-quality system solutions and components for industrial and process automation. With four decades of experience, the company is a specialist in the development and production of electronic measurement and control devices as well as for industrial automation systems and plants.

SCHORISCH Elektronik GmbH, a company with a long tradition, is based in Wentorf near Hamburg and has been known as an outstanding partner for individual solutions in electronic assemblies, efficient manufacturing and assembly solutions. Due to its many years of experience in these areas, SCHORISCH Elektronik GmbH is an excellent complement to HESCH.

Since 2019, AXXERON Technologies GmbH and its subsidiaries have been advised exclusively by JB Business Consulting GmbH, based in Münster, as part of a Buy & Build strategy. The M&A boutique specializes in small and medium-sized transactions and was able to assist throughout the entire transaction process with its cross-industry consulting expertise. Through the successful buy-side transaction, JBBC, as an advisor for the German SME sector, has demonstrated its strong expertise in the industrial sector. The complex process was supported by attorney Dr. Bastian Kornau, partner at the Dortmund-based law firm Becker + Partner, who contributed his broad expert knowledge during the contract negotiations.
