For the Münster office of JB Business Consulting, a young, internationally active consulting company that supports entrepreneurs in solving succession issues, we are looking for a part-time M&A Assistant (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks

  • Active management of national and international M&A (sell-side & buy-side) transactions across the entire operational process
  • Development of company valuations, market and competition analyzes and process documentation as well as the derivation of specific recommendations for action 
  • Preparation of information memoranda, management presentations, evaluation analysis and handling of customer communication
  • Support for M&A projects, including sales and purchase mandates, financial modeling and related services

your qualifications

  • You have a degree from a university or university of applied sciences (master in banking and finance, accounting and / or other related fields with additional financial training 
  • Strong experience in financial management or investment analysis and deep understanding of the financial markets
  • At least one year of professional experience in M&A
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • You are an open and curious person, you are passionate about building customer relationships and it is easy for you
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • You communicate safely in German and English
