For the Münster office of JB Business Consulting, a young, internationally operating consulting company that supports entrepreneurs in solving succession issues, we are looking for an Office Assistant (m/f/d) in part-time.


  • Appointment and travel management at national and international level
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings and events
  • Extensive scheduling and appointment control
  • Organization and preparation of meetings and small events
  • Creation of presentations
  • Processing of correspondence in German and English
  • First point of contact for third parties, i.e. in questions of HR and IT
  • Maintenance of databases, internet research, etc.
  • Creation of monthly and annual reports
  • Support of office management
  • Maintenance of the CRM database

Your qualification

  • Successfully completed commercial training or studies 
  • 3-5 years of comparable professional experience ideally in an international management consultancy or legal consultancy
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive and service-oriented thinking and acting
  • High level of commitment
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written
  • A very precise way of working and confident handling of numbers
