For the Münster office of JB Business Consulting, a young, internationally operating consulting company that supports entrepreneurs in solving succession issues, we are looking for an Office Assistant (m/f/d) in part-time.
YOUR TASKS:
Appointment and travel management at national and international level
Preparation and follow-up of meetings and events
Extensive scheduling and appointment control
Organization and preparation of meetings and small events
Creation of presentations
Processing of correspondence in German and English
First point of contact for third parties, i.e. in questions of HR and IT
Maintenance of databases, internet research, etc.
Creation of monthly and annual reports
Support of office management
Maintenance of the CRM database
Your qualification
Successfully completed commercial training or studies
3-5 years of comparable professional experience ideally in an international management consultancy or legal consultancy
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proactive and service-oriented thinking and acting
High level of commitment
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written
A very precise way of working and confident handling of numbers
